The recently elected Argentinian economists delivered a rousing speech at the World Economic Forum, stating that the “Western World” faces a significant threat driven by a shift toward collectivist policies in recent decades.

“It is in danger because those who are supposed to defend the values of the Western world are co-opted by a worldview that inevitably leads to socialism, and consequently, to poverty and economic deprivation,” Milei said.
